８月１７日夜、２００２「黒石花火大会」が行われました。
黒石市内浅瀬石川千歳橋下流の河川敷は、午後から大勢の市民等が集まりました。
そして３５００発の花火が夏の夜空に打ち上げられました。
約１１万人の見物客は大いに賑わいました。
"Kuroishi fireworks" was done in 2002 August 17 at night,
Many citizens etc. gathered in the dry riverbed in the Aseishi liver Chitose bridge downstream of the Kuroishi city in the afternoon.
And, 3500 fireworks were launched in the night sky of summer.
110,000 seeing guests were crowded very much.
